
Dress it with 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice + 1.5 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp cold water + a little minced garlic
Cracked pepper + salt
We forgot chickpeas and somehow added grape tomatoes.. parsley instead of dill or cucumbers and peppers instead of tomatoes would be good too. Oh and don't forget scallions
